Executive Director

Entrepreneur, Fintech IT Expert, Autism Advocate. Founder of Khalti - one of Nepal's leading digital payment platforms. DIR Floortime 101 Certified, Core Team Member for the National Directive for Autism in Nepal. He seamlessly bridges technology, entrepreneurship, and social advocacy.

Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Kanti Children's Hospital. Holds MD in Psychiatry and Post-Doctoral Fellowship from NIMHANS. Served as General Secretary of CAMHSAN and CAMH Expert Consultant for Nepal's Ministry of Health, UNICEF, and WHO.
